Energy Corporation of America (ECA) is a privately held energy company that has historically engaged in the exploration, development, production, gathering, aggregation and sale of natural gas, primarily in the Appalachian Basin, Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions in the United States and in New Zealand. ECA or its predecessors have been doing business for over fifty-five (55) years and at its peak operated over 5,100 wells in the Appalachian Basin and had an aggregate leasehold position of approximately one million acres and operated approximately 5,000 miles of gathering lines and intrastate pipelines.
In November of 2017, ECA sold the majority of its gas production and midstream assets to Greylock Energy, LLC or one of its affiliates. ECA retained certain assets including Surface and Oil and Gas Acres.
ECA currently plans to sell those remaining assets which are identified in the Assets Tabs. If you have any interest in reviewing these assets, or if more detail is desired fill out the Contact Us form below for further information.
